Payment
-First deposit of 25% is due upon booking. Non-refundable.
-Second deposit of 50% is due by December 31st, 2009
-Final payment of 25% is due 1 month before arrival.
-Damage deposit is $1500 and it is due at the same time as the final payment (1 month before arrival). This is 100% refundable at the end of your stay depending on the suite condition.
A contract must be signed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If within 30 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
If prior to 30 days and can be rented out: Full Refund (minus $1,000 admin fee).
