TAO Beach, is an Asian inspired pool concept located in The Venetian Hotel adjacent to The Venetian’s current pool operations on the fourth floor. The main emphasis of TAO Beach is on service and the quality and amount of amenities offered. TAO Beach offers a dipping pool as well as a large spa whirlpool.

I trained dogs for others and took my own dogs through a series of obedience and conformation titles. During that same period of time I worked as a Veterinary Technician for All About Pets Animal Hospital. When I moved to Las Vegas In 2001 I found a position as a Manager of a pet store chain. I worked with them for a year and a half and decided to move on. I then returned to the Veterinary Technician field, working with Dr. Elena Pederson at Advanced Animal Hospital.

In 2005 My parents opened a pet store here in Las Vegas, making it a family project. My Mother, father, brother and I ran Vegas Paws. I still do the purchasing of puppies for them. Over the years I’ve met some very nice and reputable folks in this industry. I personally took a trip to their homes and kennels to check them out and make sure everything was clean, up to standard with USDA and all the animals were well taken care of. I met a few I wouldn’t use again and a few who were hardworking friendly folk that took the time and care to do it right.

During the last three years we have added two new children to our brood. I Now am the mother of 4 beautiful daughters. Hence, the need for me to be at home more often came about. I started purchasing puppies from some of these folks that I met along my journey and bringing them into my home, having them vet checked, microchipped socialized with my kids and family and selling them here in Las Vegas. I started being refered by happy customers to new customers and the word got out that I had some very nice social well taken care of pups avialable for adoption. A News investigation has uncovered what appears to be the appalling treatment of animals being killed for their fur in China.

The investigators filmed animals that were kicking and writhing as workers ripped their skin from their bodies. If the animals struggled too much, workers stood on the animals' neck Or they beat the animals' heads with knife handles until the creatures stopped moving.

It's also a very slow process, and they usually start from the feet(paw)-up, giving the animal plenty of time to endure the pain. After their fur was peeled, the animals' bodies were tossed into a pile like so much trash, Most still alive, breathing in ragged gasps and blinking slowly. One investigator recorded a skinned raccoon dog, tossed onto a heap of carcasses; it had enough strength to lift its bloodied head and stare into the camera.
